These are our tips to create rich and creamy chocolate truffles at home! The result will be amazing 😋

  • SERVES 4
  • PREPARATION TIME 15 minutes + 2 hours resting time
  • COOKING TIME about 10 minutes


  • 200g bittersweet chocolate
  • 100ml single cream
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 30g butter
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder



    1. Chop the chocolate and tip into a large bowl.
    2. Put the cream and the vanilla bean into a small saucepan and heat until the cream reaches the simmering point.
    3. Remove from heat and pour on the chocolate into the bowl. Add butter and stir vigorously until you have a smooth mixture.
    4. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes to harden.
    5. Dust an aluminium foil with 5 spoons of cocoa powder.
    6. Roll small pieces of the dough between your palms to create chocolate pralines.
    7. Then roll the truffles into cocoa until evenly coated.
    8. Place them in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
