Borgo del Gazzano is an agricultural cooperative voted to the production of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano PDO. The factory lies in fact in the strip of land that includes the Province of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Mantova: a belt that has always been rich, fruitful and extremely productive. Since 1972 this factory has developed its credo exclusively on quality. Organic farming production started in 2001 with the purpose of producing a 100% genuine cheese.
