Our work has always been based on some fundamental principles: the love for our lands and ancient traditions, and the value of time. For over 40 years, we have cultivated the passion for the real things to share them with our dearest friends. Our wish and firm intention is to protect the authenticity of the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia D.O.P. and spread other high-quality products in respect of the Italian culinary tradition.
A family of products coherent with the passion for quality that has always inspired our work and a clear philosophy: three different colours for three different uses in the kitchen (yellow, orange and red label). Traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP, father of all balsamic vinegars and excellent product (aged from 12 to over 25 years), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP and Del Bordo condiments: high-quality products coming from the love of our lands.
The traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia, the balsamic vinegar of Modena IGM and Del Borgo condiments are aged in colourful ancient French barrels. Surrounded by the walls of the old stables, the cooked grape must turns into traditional balsamic vinegar, aging peacefully. The dark colour, the shininess, the transparency, the texture, the aroma and the unique taste that blends two opposites, such as sweet and sour flavours: these characteristics make the balsamic vinegar a triumph for the senses.
