Since 1991, it is dedicate to the production, packaging and marketing of what can be defined the “king of cheese”, the Parmigiano Reggiano. The company also owns the brand “Antico Caseificio Italiano”, created to enlarge the production range introducing the Grana Padano cheese, the traditional competitor of the Parmigiano Reggiano.
