Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be done with credit or debit cards belonging to all existing banking circuits or through PayPal. If you choose the PayPal payment method you can complete the purchase without creating a user account, but simply filling in the mandatory informations about your card.
When the amount due for the placed order will be charged?
The amount due for the already placed order will be charged at the end of the purchase process.

How fresh products are shipped?
The products are shipped with proper packings, made of isothermal containers and coolants, ensuring temperature-controlled storage conditions for up to 96 hours during the shipment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will arrive within 48-72 hours from the order placing on the website.
When the pack arrives on the hands of the courier, you will receive an e-mail from our staff with the tracking number of the shipment. Since then, you can start check the shipment status and the expected delivery time on the courier website. The delivery within 48-72 hours is guaranteed when the order is placed on I Like Italian Food website before 12:00 The orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the day after. The 48-72 time lapse does not takes into account public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Can I change the delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address during the purchase order confirmation, before the payment phase is processed on the website.
Can I send I Like Italian Food products to someone else as a gift?
For sure! It would be sufficient to specify a different address from your personal one during the payment phase, filling in all the requested fields, before to process the payment.
Can I cancel an already placed order?
Yes, upon request we would cancel our already placed order if the pack has not been already dispatched from our warehouse. Let’s contact us via email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org to have all the amount paid refunded.
You have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of 10 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to our address:

which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return shipping fees.
Your willingness to return the already received goods can be anticipated through e-mail at the address email@example.com within 10 days after the day of delivery, and the request will still be considered valid upon condition that you accomplish the sending of the registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The customer will have to ship the goods through a courier at his own choice within 10 working days from the delivery. The items must be accurately packed in their original packaging, with all of their accessories, if present. The customer is charged with the return shipping fees.

According to the article 67 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no.206 , Consumer Code, pursuant to Article 7 of Law no. 229 of 29 July 2003 “For contracts for the sale of goods, if goods have been delivered, the substantial integrity thereof shall be an essential prerequisite for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However the goods need only be returned in a normal state of repair, to the extent that they have been kept and preferably used with all due care and attention.”
The right of withdrawal does not depends upon the existence of a theft or accidental damage insurances underwritten by the customer.
However, since the customer is responsible for incomplete/missing return of the goods, we suggest to the customer willing to return the already received goods to insure the goods for the amount indicated on the order conformation e-mail.
According to the art 67 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no.206 (Consumer Code), only after the receipt of the goods to be refunded and only after having checked the compliance of all the conditions expressed at the points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 I Like Italian Food will proceed, in the shortest possible time, to the refund the whole sum to the customer.
The customer will be acknowledged of the amount of the refund via an e-mail and the same sum will be credited on the same mean of payment used for the related purchase or by bank transfer. The value date of the reimbursed amount will be the same of the payment initiation.
According to the art. 55 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no.206 , Consumer Code, “The right of withdrawal provided for by Articles 64 et seq. and Articles 52, 53, and 54, (1) shall not apply to … c) the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly customised or which, by virtue of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly”. Nevertheless, I Like Italian Food gives the possibility to withdraw a purchase of perishable food items under the condition that the customer picked up the package at the first attempt of delivery of the courier. On the countrary, in case of missing delivery at the first attempt due to the absence of the customer at the specified address, the right of withdrawal of the purchase will cease.
In any case, the customer has the right to terminate the contract concluded for the purchase of perishable goods if, at the moment of the opening of the package, the goods result to be damaged or the characteristics of the product are not such as the ones specified when at the moment of the purchase.
If you want to terminate the contract concluded for the purchase of perishable goods please provide us with notice in writing by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods.
Please specify in the email the description of the product that you are willing to return and details of the related damage.
I Like Italian Food will be charged with the withdrawal of the goods, as soon as the customer will make us know of the inconvenience.
I Like Italian food keeps the right to evaluate the damages underlined by the customer at the arrival of the perishable product back to our warehouse.
In case no one damage would be noticed, the customer will be contacted for the decision not to reimburse the amount of the purchase.
Once my refund has been accepted, when the sum will be reimbursed?
Once your refund has been accepted, I Like Italian Food will immediately proceed with the reimbursement procedure. The reimbursement time can vary because of the banking circuit conditions and does not depend on I Like Italian Food acting
Shipments are FREE for orders over € 90 throughout Europe (UE Countries). For all orders of less than € 90 the shipping cost is fixed at € 15.
Our shipments are safe and guaranteed within the 48-72 hours following the order placement if all the ordered products are available on our warehouse. Indeed, our food and delivery service is subject to the availability of stocks of products on our warehouse. In case one or more products will not be available in time for the agreed delivery date to be respected I Like Italian Food would suddenly contact the customer to find a solution.
The orders received during the week-end would be processed the following Monday.
The cost of the shipment charged to the customer is fixed at euro 15,00 for shipments to all Europe. We pack our products by adopting all the necessary precautions in order to preserve the integrity of the different food and beverage products sold.
